loginZabul Province is very poor in terms of natural resources such as minerals, forests and even water sources. Daichopan and Arghandab districts used to have some forests in the past, but it seems that only 1-3% of that is remaining and loss is due to severe drought that has affected Nimroz and Zabul Provinces more any other part of the country. It is also said that coal is available in Zabul province, but this has never been exploited.
