loginSamangan Province located in the north of the country and bordered by Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. The Province is well positioned on the main trade road between Mazar-e-Sharif and Pul-e-Khumri, Salang andKabul. However, a large part of the Province is geographically isolated and has not yet received the development funding required to allow a more positive prospect.
